Job Description
1081755 BC LTD. ( Head Office: 35593 Jade Drive Abbotsford, BC V3G 3E7 ) is urgently looking to hire 1 fulltime/permanent Farm manager to work at their farm located at 7501 N Island Hwy, Black Creek, BC Canada V9J 1G2
Duties Include :
Manage overall operations of farm.
Organize and monitor farm activities.
Arrange for maintenance for farm machinery and equipment
Determine the amount and types of crops to be grown
Analyse market and establish marketing programs
Prepare periodic reports
Recruit, train and manage workers
May purchase farm machinery, equipment and supplies.
Salary is $25.50/hour ( minimum 40 hours per week).
Completion of high school, 2-3 years of experience and basic skills in English are required.
